• Jersey Mikes to upgrade their cloud capabilities, especially with the substantial growth seen within the company within the last 5 years.

Upgrading cloud capabilities allows for information systems to run more smoothly especially when a company is growing at a fast rate. A lot more information needs to be stored so it’s essential for the business to have a dependable place where they can store their data.

• Delivery service through each Jersey Mike's location (excluding doordash, uber eats, grubhub and white label).

This adjustment would allow customers to pay less to get their food delivered. The online delivery sites upcharge the customers while; doordash especially charges more than the sandwich actually costs in store and has multiple fees that come with the purchase. 

• Adding a self-service kiosk to allow customers to skip the line.

Throughout the process of this analysis we have come to learn that customers appreciate when the ordering process runs smoothly and quickly. Many food businesses have incorporated mobile ordering, but now a new way of ordering is through self service kiosks. This helps with long lines and allows customers to have a quick look at the menu just in case they want to order something else. It’s especially beneficial to those customers who know what they want and don’t want to wait too long. 

• Distinguishing from competitors by integrating more University friendly deals.

After analyzing the target audience of Jersey Mike’s through social media, we have learned that they like to be involved in sporting events especially when it comes to college football. They are currently in a multi-year agreement with Rutgers and is now an official naming rights partner of Rutgers Athletics and has an arena with the Jersey Mike’s name. This has definitely attracted more customers for the business but we believe that by having a partnership with multiple universities can bring them even more attention.
